Computer Service and Maintenance Agreement

This Agreement is made on (Date) by and between You Got Dean, hereinafter referred to as “Service Provider,” and(Clients Name), hereinafter referred to as “Client.”

1. Services Provided: The Service Provider agrees to provide the following services:

• Regular      maintenance and updates of computer systems.
• Troubleshooting      and repair of hardware and software issues. (Hardware Not included)
• Installation      of necessary software and hardware.
• Virus      and malware removal.

2. Duration: This Agreement shall commence on [Start Date] and shall continue for a period of one year, ending on [End Date].

3. Payment: The Client agrees to pay the Service Provider a total fee of $200.00 for the services provided under this Agreement. Payment shall be made in full at the commencement of the Agreement.

4. Responsibilities of the Service Provider:

• Perform      all services in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide      necessary tools and equipment for the services.
• Maintain      confidentiality of all client data and information.

5. Responsibilities of the Client:

• Provide      access to the computer systems and necessary information for the Service      Provider to perform the services.
• Ensure      timely payment as per the terms of this Agreement.

6. Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement with a written notice of 30 days. In the event of termination, the Service Provider shall refund the Client on a pro-rata basis for the remaining period of the Agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability: The Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the performance of services under this Agreement.

8. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the day and year first above written.
